Mr. Hwang

Mathematics Instructor

Mr. Hwang is a certified math teacher who graduated from Brown University with a Master's degree in Mathematics. He has taught various levels of high school math over the past 15+ years, including SAT Math, Pre-Calculus, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Trigonometry, and AP Statistics. Mr. Hwang is a true "Math Guru" —he teaches the fundamentals of mathematics to help students to not only do well on exams, but to also build a solid foundation in mathematics to solve real world problems and for future advancement. Mr. Hwang's effective teachings are highly praised by Marlboro Learning Center students.

Mr. Kouts. (Koutsothodoros)

Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Scienced Instructor

Mr. Kouts. is a professional teacher of Math with Master and Bachelor degrees both on Math and over 14 years of teaching experience on Math, Physics, and Computer Science, including SAT/ACT Math, AP Calculus AB/BC, AP Statistics, Pre-calculus, Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, Honor Physics and AP Physics C (Mechanics/E&M), AP Physics I/II, and AP Computer Science. He emphasizes on teaching the fundamentals so that students can build a solid foundation on the subject and problem solving. Mr. Kouts knows the SAT and ACT math tests inside and out. He knows the structure and style of questions and has helped hundreds of students reach top/perfect scores. We have received excellent feedbacks for Mr. Kouts.

Mr. Perry

Mathematics Instructor

Mr. Perry is a certified math teacher with 15 years of teaching experience, an MBA and a master's degree in Computer Science (NYU). He has taught all levels of Math including SAT, SAT II Math 2, Pre-Calculus, AP Computer Science, Algebra I & Algebra II, Geometry and Pre-Algebra. Mr. Perry is well-liked among students for his patient teaching and his ability to meet each student's unique needs. He is an expert at diagnosing and redressing student weaknesses so that they can achieve at maximum potential. Many of Mr. Perry’s students have scored perfect 800's on the SAT Math and SAT II Subject Math 2 exams, in addition to being highly successful in gaining admission to competitive universities.

Mr. Lopez

Mathematics Instructor

Mr. Lopez has taught a variety of courses and grade levels over 8 years on subjects with in-depth expertise in higher level mathematics, specifically SAT/ACT, Algebra I, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, Geometry, AP Calculus AB and BC, Calculus 1, Calculus 2, Multivariable Calculus (Calculus 3), Differential Equations (Calculus 4), and Advanced Calculus for Engineers (Calculus 5). Mr. Lopez works very well with students and can explain and resolve difficult problem very clearly and organized. He has helped numerous students achieving top/perfect scores in school and on standardized tests like SAT and ACT. He has received excellent feedback from parents and students.
